SHIPPING
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY JEWELRY TO ARRIVE?
CANADA:
Standard Delivery: 2-5 Business Days
Express Shipping (2-3 Business Days (excl. weekends))
All other countries:
Standard Delivery: 5-14 Business Days
Please also note that for some countries, standard delivery is currently 14-30 days. All shipping times do not account for any unforeseen delays on the courier's end.
Please note: Our carrier is operating with the utmost caution to protect our customers and the delivery workers. Unfortunately, the delivery timeline does not include weekends, holiday and any unforeseeable delays on the courier's end (weather, volume, traffic, etc). this may add to unavoidable delivery delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.
Shipping timelines are usually within 1-2* business days from the date ordered, but we will ship as soon as we receive the order. Please be aware of the cutting time is at 3:00pm (pacific time). Please keep in mind that all the orders received from 3:01pm (day before) to 3:00pm (next day) will be shipped in the same day (except holidays, weekends)..
MY ORDER SHOWS UP AS DELIVERED, BUT I HAVEN’T RECEIVED IT. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
In rare cases, your package can show as ‘delivered’ before you receive it. This may be down to the delivery being marked as complete pre-emptively. Alternatively, your shipping carrier might have left it in a hidden location to prevent damages or theft. Check between your front doors and talk to your household members and neighbors.
If you still can’t locate your order, contact your shipping carrier and state your tracking number.

If your order continues to be missing after following the above steps, please note that we are unable to offer reshipments or refunds on orders that show up as delivered.
What is the shipping fee?
The shipping fee is charged based on the subtotal before taxes and discounts. And it will depend on which country, city, state to be delivered. You can calculate the shipping fee at Checkout.
Will I be charged duties and taxes?
Canada: Duties and taxes are included. Taxes are applied at check-out according to the
state/province of the shipping address.
Other international shipments: There may be duties and taxes incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for. The currier will contact you (usually by email and sometimes by phone) once the package arrives in your country. And they will ask for Duties/Taxes payment to release your package and deliver it to you.
Keep in mind that we’re not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery. Please kindly note that Lhumi does not have any control over these fees, and we cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by country.
In rare cases you might be contacted by customs to submit an invoice. In this case, you can simply forward our order confirmation email which you’ve received when placing your order.
If you should decide to decline a package you will be refunded minus a fee for returning the item to us and restocking it.
PAYMENT
What payment methods do you accept?
Lhumi accepts all major credit cards (i.e. Visa, Mastercard, etc.) or . We may also accept additional payment methods depending on which country you are shopping from. Any available payment methods will be displayed on our checkout page.
How are refunds processed?
It will take up to 10-15 business days for the returns team to process and send you a return confirmation email. Once it is processed by our team, it will take around 5-10 business days for the fund to reappear on your end.
How do discount codes work?
Simply enter the discount code when you are making your order! A limit of one (1) discount may be applied to each order. Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with free shipping discount codes, referral credit, referral codes or any other type of discount. Lhumi has the right to hold and or cancel orders that use more than one discount code.
During the first stage of checkout, look for a box beneath your order summary. Enter your code and click ‘apply,’ Done! You got your discount.
MINIMUM ORDER VALUE
CANADA AND US:
We are happy to announce that for all orders shipped standard to the Canada and USA we don't have any minimum order value.
For free Standard Shipping our minimum order value is $50.
All other countries:
For all other countries the minimum order value is $50.
MY ORDER
How do I find my order number?
Order Number - If you have an account with Lhumi, simply log in and select “My Order", there you can find the order number. if you haven't created an account, feel free to create one anytime with the same email address used to place the order.
Also note that with every order, we send an order confirmation email. Be sure to check all inboxes as it can make its way to junk/spam folder!
Gift order - If you've been sent a gift, a gift receipt with the order number should've been included. Still can't find it? Send us an email at contact.lhumi@gmail.com
Can I cancel or update my order?
If you need to cancel or make a change to your order, please reach out as soon as possible of placing the order. Kindly note that if your order has been shipped we are not able to cancel or update the order. Please also note that all the orders made until 3:00pm (pacific time) of the day it will be shipped the same day.
Feel free to reach out to us within an hour of placing your order and we will try our best to accommodate the change before the order is processed. Once the order is shipped, Lhumi cannot change the address on our end but you can contact the currier.
PRE ORDER
WHAT IS A PRE-ORDER AND HOW DOES IT WORK?
When you pre-order from us, you’re purchasing jewelry that is handmade just for you. These are usually new styles that have not been released yet, so you’ll be the first to have yours when they’re ready. Also we offer a different price for all pre-order, it means you are going to pay less! Yay…
Plus, you won’t just look good in your pre-order jewelry, you’ll also do good. Offering our unique and brand-new pieces to pre-order helps us to learn which designs you love the most while we reduce potential waste. This is just one of the things we do to reduce our footprint.
Our team creates brand new designs to offer in a pre-order collection. During this time, every item is available for purchase. After the pre-order period ends, only the top selling items will join our permanent collection. That means your vote impacts the Lhumi collection for an entire season. And if you’ve got a unique eye and picked something that others did not, you’ll become the proud owner of something rare or even one of a kind.
WHEN WILL MY PRE-ORDERED JEWELRY ARRIVE?
Each pre-order collection has its own delivery timeline. Check out the pre-order collection page to find out when a specific item will ship. This is usually around 6-10 weeks from the collection launch if there are no production delays. Of course, we’ll email you with specific details on your order to keep you always updated.
WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED FOR A PRE-ORDERED ITEM?
We charge your card for the item at time of checkout.
But don’t worry, as with all other jewelry you’ll have the same rights for returns and exchanges in case you’re not happy with your jewelry.
RETURNS + EXCHANGES
What's your return and exchange policy?
We offer quick and easy FREE 30-day returns for all customers in Canada! Before getting started, please check below to see if your item is eligible for a return!
Bundle Sets: The bundle can only be returned as a set. No individual item of a bundle can be returned for refund, store credit and/or size exchange.
Other products: All returns must be unworn and have no signs of wear or damage in its original condition with tags still attached (if any). In all original packaging (box and pouch included)
Please note your original shipping fee is not refundable and will be deducted from the refundable amount. You are responsible for paying these fees and we’re unable to waive or refund them, even if the order is returned to us.
HOW DO I RETURN MY JEWELRY?
Just send us an email within 30 days from the day you receive your parcel saying you’d like a refund. Then, we’ll send you step-by-step instructions for returning your jewelry. Don’t forget to include the following: The order number, purchaser’s full name and email address
Returning a gifted piece? We offer store credit for gifted orders returning within the 30-days of purchase. Please check our return policy to make sure the item is eligible for a return and send us an email at contact.lhumi@gmail.com requesting your return label. Don’t forget to include the following: The order number, purchaser’s full name and email address. And create your Lhumi account so we can apply the credit once processed. If you haven’t created one yet, you can create one now by clicking the LOGIN button on the top right corner of our page.
When will I receive my refund?
As soon as we receive the products back and once processed, we will send you a confirmation via email!

Where are Lhumi pieces made?
We source various components of our products from Thailand, India, and China. We make sure that our proud partners are certified by Responsible Jewelry Council and credited with ISO9001. The auditors make sure they are paying equal and fair wages for women and men, providing proper health care to all those involved in the Lhumi production cycle, and treating our environment with care. Our manufacturing partners meet all Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) certifications pertaining to employee health as well as environmental consciousness during all manufacturing and disposing of waste. Our manufacturers also comply with the Fair Labor Association (FLA) workers protection standards to ensure a safe environment for all employees.
Is Lhumi jewelry made of responsibly sourced materials?
We are proud to produce our products out of ethically sourced materials, including recYcled metals and non-conflict precious metals and diamonds. Our diamonds are sourced through suppliers that adhere to the Kimberley Process and the World Diamond Council's System of Warranties, preventing the distribution of conflict diamonds.
Is the jewelry hypoallergenic and nickel free?
Yes, our jewelry is hypoallergenic and nickel free, and is made of only sterling silver, and /or vermeil gold and/or 14k gold, ethical, genuine gemstones and non-conflict diamonds.

HOW CAN I KEEP MY JEWELRY GLEAMING FOR YEARS TO COME?
To keep your piece looking its best, gently rub the surface with the Lhumi polishing cloth. Always wash your hands after use to ensure the cleaning agent from polishing cloth is removed.
It is normal to see dark residue on the cloth, it’s a sign that it is working correctly! The cloth contains a small amount of cleaning agent which will hold on to any dirt, oil & residues that areremoved from the surface of the item being polished. Never wash the polishing cloth as it will lose its effectiveness. Keep out of reach of children.
Keeping your gemstones gleaming is easy! Wash your jewelry with warm soapy water and a soft-bristled brush, like a toothbrush. Pat dry using a soft microfiber cloth and store your jewelry in a safe, dry place when it’s not being worn.
Try to avoid harsh chemicals that can lurk in everyday products such as lotion, perfume, and hairspray as well as household cleaners like bleach. To be safe we recommend your jewelry is the last thing you put on and the first thing you take off when you get home.
Do you have a warranty?
1 years of Warranty. Yes! that's right! This means that for 1 years from the date of purchase, we’ll take care of your product if there is any issue to the manufacturer defect. Just contact us at contact.lhumi@gmail.com and we’ll work together to find a resolution.
In partnership with our jewelers, our pieces are crafted from the finest materials using precious and/or recycled metals and ethically sourced gemstones.
They are free of alternative base metals and brass, long lasting, anti-allergic and etc made to last for generations.
The exception will be that the warranty does not cover lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear (like a bent ring or broken chain), improper use or storage of your product, and etc.
Note: almost all Lhumi pieces come with “Lhumi” and/or “our logo” stamped in it.
What do I do if my jewelry is defective, or I received the wrong order?
Our apologies for the inconvenience! Please send your order number and a photo of the defective or incorrect piece to contact.lhumi @gmail.com. We are happy to resolve it!
